We have an immediate long-term contract opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Java Developer to work in Austin.Texas
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop highly available, distributed, and scalable transactional enterprise systems using Java/J2EE and associated technologies.
- Utilize expertise in Spring frameworks, web services, and SQL to architect and implement robust solutions.
- Deploy applications in the cloud and demonstrate proficiency in containers and container orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Strong Java/J2EE background with hands-on experience in Spring frameworks, including spring-security, spring-mvc, spring-data, JPA & hibernate.
- Proficiency in web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, SAML, and WSDL.
- Hands-on experience building Cloud Native applications and deploying them in a cloud environment.
- Extensive knowledge of containers and container orchestration.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
