POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Supervisor - School Leadership Programs, the Instructional Specialist will be responsible for working closely with the core team in providing professional development to principals and assistant principals. The responsibilities of this position include collaboration with central office personnel for program planning. This position supports the day-to-day work of supporting leadership programming for principals and assistant principals.

Salary Range:$105,420-$159,459

QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree from an accredited college or university in educational leadership, educational administration and supervision, or a closely related field, required. A minimum of ten (10) years of professional teaching experience required. Must have experience in large group organizational training, logistics and event planning.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Professional Certificate with Administration I endorsement required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No direct supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally push or lift up to 25 lbs.
