What You'll do....
- Performs quality control checks in the field with our Fiber technicians.
- You will select audits by working with operations supervisors, managers, and Field Check partners to prevent potential damages.
- You will perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per
clients. - You will conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
- You will complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and
- investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management.
- You will correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
- You will perform a ride-along with a field technician to inspect jobs and make corrections to meet job specifications.
- You will provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages.
- Youu will provide witness testimony in small claims and litigated cases when necessary.
- You will perform and record onsite field safety audits on our technicians

Who we are looking for…
- You are able to troubleshoot difficult Installs, Repairs, and upgrades and proficiently guide/grade technicians on quality performance
- You are proficient in Fiber equipment
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
- You are proficient in Fiber QA standards, Installs, Upgrades, and repairs
- You have high standards for attention to detail.
- You have leadership qualities
