• Performs quality control checks in the field with our Fiber technicians.
• You will select audits by working with operations supervisors, managers, and Field Check partners to prevent potential damages.
• You will perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per
  clients.
• You will conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
• You will complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and
• investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management.
• You will correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
• You will perform a ride-along with a field technician to inspect jobs and make corrections to meet job specifications.
• You will provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages.
• Youu will provide witness testimony in small claims and litigated cases when necessary.
• You will perform and record onsite field safety audits on our technicians

• You are able to troubleshoot difficult Installs, Repairs, and upgrades and proficiently guide/grade technicians on quality performance
• You are proficient in Fiber equipment
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• You are proficient in Fiber QA standards, Installs, Upgrades, and repairs
• You have high standards for attention to detail.
• You have leadership qualities
