Princeton Management is Hiring a Leasing Specialist Near Kalamazoo, MI
The Leasing Specialist adds value to the community by providing outstanding customer service while soliciting and obtaining rentals, assisting residents and vendors, completing various operational tasks, and ensuring all duties are performed in the utmost professional manner.
Must exhibit attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, cooperation, dependability, integrity, stress tolerance, good communication skills, active listening, sound decision making ability and initiative to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred. Must be able to present a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

We provide masks and gloves and are careful when we enter any occupied unit to make sure residents are out and/or have no health issues in past 14 days.
