RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate as a certified and recognized Salesforce Cloud expert and translate requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Cloud platform.
  • Led the configuration, customization, and day-to-day operations within Salesforce Cloud to support the organization's fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership and recommend optimal solutions within budget and time while maintaining quality.
  • Articulate and document the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality to leadership.
  • Support internal code reviews, ensuring adherence to Platform Best Practices.
  • Lead the discovery process with leadership using best practices, such as the need for custom code and application integrations.
  • Lead daily administration and support of the CRM platform database, including managing user roles and profiles, security settings, sharing rules, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests from users across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions that meet the organization's needs.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Salesforce.
  • Configure, enhance, and maintain standard and custom Salesforce functionality, create custom reports and report types, and complex dashboards.
  • Drive the creation of application and technical design documents that leverage Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud best practices.
  • Effectively integrate Salesforce into the organization's infrastructure.
  • Conducted audits and architecture reviews and provided cure recommendations as assigned.
  • Advise on best practices, support service delivery quality, and practice consistency through creating process templates, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current on third-party applications and report on high-level functionality, use case, and integration capacity.
  • Guide the application and integration development best practices, Cloud Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture and design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
  • Leadership: recruit, develop, train, and mentor team
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the organization's department and leadership, including enriching technical and non-technical internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee & lead daily administration and support of the Salesforce.com platform database, including managing user roles and profiles, security settings, sharing rules, etc.
  • Lead and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and other organizations' systems.
  • Advise on ad hoc projects as needed, including long-term planning of data usage, architecture within Salesforce, and solutions that support and complement the CRM.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture and technical roadmaps.

  • Audit, uncover, and resolve data quality issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or STEM
  • 8 years of working on the Salesforce Core platform on the technical side (programming, architecture, and Solution side)
  • Minimum 3 years Salesforce certified Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer, Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
  • Expertise in Salesforce customization, integration, and data migration
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & NPSP
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
  • Experienced in thriving within fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain agility in response to department priorities and needs
  • Experience managing large volumes of data
  • Experience with data migrations from third-party solutions to Salesforce.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Passionate about the nonprofit sector's role and technology to support nonprofit missions
  • Being a team player with a collaboration-oriented mindset is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
