We’re looking for a Securities Operations Specialist to join our Principal Custody Solutions (PCS) team. In this role, you’ll...

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of processes within immediate team and perform operational tasks for highly complex financial transactions
• Perform balancing, reconciling, research and resolution for the most complex differences
• Follow up on high-priority customer requests or concerns while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Lead and/or participates in production improvement efforts and addresses procedural impacts
• Provide back-up for most department functions
• Interact with internal partners and external personnel
• Understand internal control framework and use this information to provide risk mitigation techniques, while prioritizing and focusing on the higher risk items
• Work under minimal supervision with a high degree of independence.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience (i.e., customer service, operations, financial services or business processing)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to achieve advanced and specialized expertise, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and work experience

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• SEI Trust 3000 experience
• Custody operations experience

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$26.92 - $37.50 / hour
Time Off Program
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Location

This role will be based in our Minneapolis office.

Work Environments

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. After onboarding, training, and demonstration of successful performance, you may have the opportunity to work up to 2 days remote from home.

Job Level

Willing to consider talent at the Securities Operations Specialist IV level depending on qualifications, experience, and skillset.
