What You'll DoWe are seeking a Senior Retention Consultant to develop unbiased strategies for retaining ESOP clients within our organization. This role involves conducting comprehensive client reviews, evaluating pricing structures, and leveraging relationships with various teams (Sales, CRM, Sales Leadership, RFP) to devise effective retention strategies. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Consultants to present our value proposition in competitive RFP scenarios.
Your responsibilities will include strategically positioning our firm in the retention process by customizing approaches based on detailed client knowledge gained through administrative reviews. You will ensure clear and strategic communication between service teams and clients/advisors throughout the engagement. Additionally, you will share real-time best practices across sales teams and relationship management to enhance overall client retention efforts.

Who You AreBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retirement sales, with strong technical expertise in defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified, or Trust & Custody products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong understanding of industry trends, portfolio construction, capital markets, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex problems, and effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Leadership qualities with advanced analytical skills in pricing and plan design, along with presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to project manage complex projects and RFPs.
Willingness to travel as required.

Salary Range InformationThe salary ranges from $123,000 to $167,000 per year. Non-sales positions include participation in a bonus program, while sales roles are eligible for incentives and bonuses based on performance. Final compensation depends on geographic location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level.
Time Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is available for salaried (exempt) employees, providing paid time off for vacation, personal reasons, or short-term illness without accruing a bank of time.
