We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team! As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with leaders across our organization to find top talent for a range of roles in Operations, Compliance, and Marketing/Communications.

In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a diverse pool of candidates. You'll screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process from kicking off the search to making offers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Screen applications and conduct structured interviews.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain a pipeline of talent for future hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing firm setting.
  • Specific experience recruiting for Operations, Compliance, and/or Marketing/Communications roles.
  • Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Dedication to understanding business needs and achieving talent acquisition objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically adept and adaptable to change.
  • High level of confidentiality.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
  • Experience conducting structured interviews to assess talent.
  • Proven track record of sourcing passive talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, etc.
Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$77350 - $128400 / year
Time Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Additional InformationLocation(s)Our global headquarters in Des Moines, IA. Working a hybrid schedule in Des Moines is highly preferred, but open to remote talent as well.
Work EnvironmentsThis role offers the ability for in-office or three days in-office and two days remote. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
