**Overview:**
Nonprofit Experience is required.
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management and possess a strong understanding of HRIS systems and payroll software.
**Duties:** * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations. * Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings on the company website and social media platforms. * Utilize HRIS systems, such as Dayforce and Paychex, to manage employee data and benefits. * Conduct talent management activities, including performance reviews, training programs, and succession planning. * Analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve employee retention and engagement. * Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns. * Develop and manage employee training programs to improve job skills and performance. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR initiatives align with business objectives. * Provide guidance and support to other HR team members.
**Experience:** * At least 5 years of experience in human resources management. * Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and strategic planning. * Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including Taleo and ATS. * Experience with payroll software, such as Dayforce and Paychex. * Experience with data analysis and reporting. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. **Skills:** * Strategic planning * Experience with HRIS systems * Data analysis skills * Experience with talent management systems * Knowledge of payroll software * Strong employee relations skills * Experience with employee training programs * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
