Job OverviewThe Lead Warehouse Coordinator (Primary) separates staged materials by batch and allocates materials to the work orders in JDE.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Review Staged ingredients for discrepancies;
- Transfer materials to the proper hallway;
- Return remaining ingredients to inventory after measuring;
- Be familiar with company policies (such as SOPs) to complete all assignments;
- Follow all safety procedures;
- Follow cGMP guidelines and processes as established in department SOPs;
- Must be able to research and trouble shoot inventory discrepancies; make adjustments as needed;
- Perform cycle counts of assigned WIP area;
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college work preferred;
- Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification;
- Must have detail and organization skills;
- Must be able to work with computers;
- Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure and to perform the four operations with like or common fractions to compute percent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.;
- Ability to climb ladders;
- Ability to stand for an extended periods of time;
- Must be able to wear any required PPE such as scrubs, hair net, lab coat, and facemask;
- Ability to work in a packaging area with a moderate powder substance in the air with or without a respirator;
- Physical requirements include working above shoulders; frequent squatting, bending, twisting, and bi-lateral wrist movement;
- Ability to work around a variety of different smells and aromas;
- Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
