Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Property Maintenance Technicians. We have openings for both a Team Leader and a Team Member. The roles involve a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining and improving properties in the Pace and Pensacola areas. Experience is preferred but not required as we provide all necessary tools and transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform handyman work including minor repairs and maintenance
• Conduct junk removal and clean-up tasks
• Execute painting projects with attention to detail
• Install flooring materials as needed
• Manage lawn care projects, ensuring properties are well-maintained
• Carry out rental property maintenance and inspections
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within given timelines
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail, a drive to succeed, and a commitment to doing the right thing
• Skills in construction, trades, or lawn care are beneficial but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where quality is paramount
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
