Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process by generating leads, qualifying prospects and closing the sale.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Identify potential sales opportunities through active independent market research.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospective customers.
- Team with others to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospect
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of relevant sales work experience required.
- Proficiency in use of contact research tools.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology.
- Strong written and oral communication and computer and office equipment skills required.
- Strong creative, analytical, and decision making skills required.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work with limited supervision.
- Ability to work onsite at manufacturing facility at least one day per week.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
