• Develop ongoing networking and referral relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers.
• Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes within a timely fashion that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Round out accounts by offering and selling additional lines coverages or policies.
• Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess or able to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
