Pay Range: $25 to $29 per hour

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

As a Sign Painting Technician, your day begins by preparing your materials and tools for upcoming projects. You collaborate with the design team to bring ideas to life, creating eye-catching signs that exceed client expectations. Mixing colors, painting signs, and ensuring that final products meet our high-quality standards are all part of your daily routine. Throughout the day, you adhere to safety protocols and manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
The minimum qualifications to be considered are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of related painting experience, preferably in a plant or workshop environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Strong math skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Adaptability to changing priorities and work schedules
• Ability to work well in a team environment

The preferred qualifications are:

• 3 years of commercial sign and/or automotive painting experience
• Trade school coursework and training
