Responsibilities:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide guidance on employment labor laws and regulations
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity
- Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates

Skills:

- Proficiency in employee evaluation processes
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Kronos
- Knowledge of executive recruiting techniques
- Familiarity with Paychex for payroll processing
- Ability to navigate Salesforce for client management
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills for candidate offers
- Sales acumen to attract top talent
