PriorityOne Group is Hiring a Senior Technician (Beverage | Espresso) Near Englewood, CO

DescriptionResponsible for performing repair, maintenance, installation and/or refurbishment work for commercial beverage-related food service equipment such as coffee, tea, juice or espresso machines. Technician will be provided with company van, appropriate inventory to perform service calls and a work cell phone and iPad/Android tablet. Technician must be comfortable with or willing to learn how to document all work performed on an iPad. This position is an excellent cross-over opportunity if you have any mechanical training (auto, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and are simply looking for a change.
Compensation And Benefits
  • Typical pay range of $22-$28 per hour based on experience

Job Responsibilities
  • Repair, maintain, install and/or refurbish equipment according to an established service schedule, company and factory standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
  • Document legibly and accurately all work completed and submit such orders to office personnel according to company policy including but not limited to description of work performed, parts replaced, recommended tasks refused by customer, before and after work pictures and pre- and post-completion customer authorization signatures.
  • Work closely with management and other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders. Technicians are required to understand the status and timeline to completion for each of their jobs. Potential delays or other issues should be immediately escalated to management.
  • Maintain interior and exterior of service vehicle in a clean manner at all times. This includes responsibility for immediately notifying management in writing when maintenance issues arise and taking vehicle for service and routine maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure vehicle is stocked with the required supply of parts per company truck stock policy. Provide work tools where required or seek approval from management to purchase company-owned tools where necessary.
  • When working in the warehouse or refurbishment center, employee must maintain a clean and organized work environment. All equipment must be properly labeled and parts retrieved from the warehouse must be accounted for per company policy.
  • Exhibit professional appearance and maintain excellent customer service demeanor in the field. This includes clean work uniform and escalating customer issues encountered in the field to management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Certificates and Licenses: Required licenses include a Valid Driver License and a Refrigeration (EPA) universal license. Preference will be given to technicians with additional certifications such as CFESA Certifications and/or Journeyman Licenses or with training certificates from manufacturers and/or service representatives.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); at least three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability: The employee needs the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: The employee needs the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the internet, smartphones and tablets. Individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programs.
