Under the direction of the Senior Supply Chain Manager,

This position is responsible

Scheduling and creating efficientroutes for each Respiratory Therapist services and setups.
Explaining financial responsibility andarranging payments.
Serve as primarypoint of contact for Respiratory Therapists, customers and referral sources forcoordinating delivery dates and times.

Highschool diploma or GED required.
Routingand/or Scheduling experience preferred
Dataentry experience.
Generalcomputer competency; typing 45 word per minute.
GeneralMicrosoft office software skills.
Customer service focused.
Strong analytical and critical thinkingskills.
Strong organizational skills.
Clear written and spoken communication.
Excellent time management skills.
Exercises good judgment and decisionmaking.
Previous relevant experiencepreferred.
Excellent human relation skills withthe ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and physicians.
Abilityto work independently.
Knowledgeand adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Contacting patients to schedule and create efficient routes for each Respiratory Therapist services.
- Prioritize High Acuity patient services
Communicates and coordinates collection of patient deductible and co-payments.
- Enrolls patients in AutoPay or process credit card payment
Prepare RT admission packet required for the New Patient Setups.
Complete follow-up calls to patients for rescheduling missed appointments.
Collaborate with Clinical Services staff to provide a high level of customer service to our patients.
Responsible for appointment notifications to patients using PulseM platform.
In the absence of Distribution Dispatcher will assume responsibility of the following tasks
- Responsible for delivery, pick-up, exchange and maintenance ticket routing and end of day reconciliation to ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed.
- Responsible for end of day scheduled stop reconciliation, to include review of paperwork for completion in accordance with established regulatory standards and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports are completed daily.
- Coordinate efficient logistics routing in accordance with referral source and delivery ticket expectations.
- Collaborates with warehouse inventory planners to ensure equipment availability and staging for Distribution Technician scheduled route.
Enter and maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information in medical record.
