The Role: As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind building and expanding our client base. You'll leverage your networking and prospecting skills to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales targets and strategies.
  • Network and cold call to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings, lunches, and visits to foster long-term client relationships.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must have local residency in the Northern VA area.
  • 2 years of outside sales experience (IT Staffing or Staffing Industry).
  • Proven prospecting and in-person presentation experience.
