Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our marketing department, managing a team of 5 talented professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including marketing automation, SEO, and website content management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HubSpot and WordPress, bringing a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5 marketing professionals including the design team, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Marketing Automation: Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of marketing automation tools to enhance lead generation and nurturing processes.
- SEO Management: Monitor and improve website SEO performance, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Website CMS Management: Manage and optimize our website using WordPress, ensuring that content is current, relevant, and engaging for our target audience.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, eCommerce and account management teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in marketing automation, SEO, and website CMS management.
Skills:
- HubSpot Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using HubSpot for inbound marketing, lead generation, and CRM management.
- WordPress Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing websites using WordPress.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling and excellent presentation skills to both client and internal audiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
