General Cleaner / Part-Time / Weekends Only
Dow Building Services has been serving Arkansas since 1985 with janitorial services, environmental services, carpet and vinyl floor maintenance, and other building services.
We currently provide services to over 5 million square feet each day and employ more than 400 people throughout Arkansas.
Dow Building Services prides itself as being the largest independent Janitorial Services Contractor in Arkansas.
Position available
Sunday 7am-12pm
Sunday 12pm-4pm
Responsible for general commercial building maintenance, including, but not limited to : sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, cleaning and restocking break rooms and restrooms, cleaning glass and mirrors, wiping down walls and partitions, pulling trash, etc.
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Must be punctual
- Must have stable work history
- Must be able to work independently as well as work as a team member
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Must have pride in personal appearance and work assignment
- Must be able to follow directions (both written and oral)
- Must have good verbal communication skills
Experience is not required as DBS will train the right candidate on the proper cleaning procedures and use of chemicals and equipment.
Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined in training.
