Private Client Select (PCS) , an MGU specializing in Property & Casualty insurance, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Integration Specialist to play a key role in migrating data to our new MGU system and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

PCS employs approximately 400 staff members. The company is based in Berkeley Heights, NJ with additional offices in New York, NY, and Schaumburg, IL. PCS has a geographically diverse workforce and supports hybrid and remote business-based flexibility. However, the preferred candidate will reside in the Chicago, New York City, or Tampa area as hybrid work with the IT management team is paramount.



Responsibilities

• Partner with the IT Delivery Lead and IT Business Analyst to understand data requirements for MGU system implementations.
• Analyze and design data migration strategies from our existing Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to the MGU system and vice versa.
• Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data migration.
• Configure and manage data integrations between the MGU system and external applications, including Salesforce.com and Duck Creek Billing.
• Maintain and document data integration processes for ongoing support and future enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues to ensure data integrity throughout the system.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to identify and implement data mapping strategies.
• Effectively collaborate with external consultants, providing clear technical direction and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Communicate complex data integration concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay current with emerging data integration technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in data integration and ETL processes.
• Proven experience with data migration from EDW systems.
