Private Practice is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Frederick, MD

My esteemed client is currently seeking to hire a Dental Assistant to join their highly-regarded team. As a new member of their team, you will be provided with continuous training to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. Additionally, they offer their Dental Assistants a competitive compensation package. The ideal Dental Assistant for this position should possess all, or most, of the following:

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures.
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
- Manage infection control, including preparing and sterilizing equipment and instruments.
- Perform various office tasks as needed.
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care after all dental treatments.
- Set up and clean up the operatory after treatment.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays).

Minimum Requirements:

- Dental Assistant Certificate in the state.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
