We are a dynamic multinational company with airport operations spanning across 19 countries. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Operation Assistant Manager to contribute to our global team.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all operational standards determined by the company are implemented in the field.
• To control / To ensure that the welcome, farewell, accompaniment, lounge, fast track and loyalty programs operation services are provided to the passengers in a complete, error-free and timely manner in accordance with the established rules and procedures in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
• To manage the operation team in the field in order to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of the service provided within this framework.
• To ensure that the employees in the operation unit follow the rules and instructions.
• To ensure the work to be done in the field in order to measure customer satisfaction.
• To make suggestions to increase sales and to give neccesary support.
• To manage and strengthen relations with terminal management, official institutions, existing and potential business partners in terminals and other third parties for which it is responsible in order to contribute to business results.
• To take neccessary actions to realization of budget which it is responsible.
• To evaluate customer feedback, to take neccessary actions regarding to demands and expectations from the passengers, to follow results and to inform Operation Manager about the developments.
• To support the personal and professional improvement of personnel in charge and to provide the necessary support, instructions and feedback regarding performance management, career planning and training improvement processes in order to reach the objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of total experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• At least 2 years of managerial experience
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle)
