We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers to provide exceptional care in the Wilmington, NC area. As a Caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support individuals in need within the comfort of their own homes. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver personalized assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Offer companionship and emotional encouragement to clients.
- Assist with light household tasks and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health conditions.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in home care or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in providing patient care with empathy and respect.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Patience, compassion, and a positive demeanor are essential.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial.
- Ability to drive to client locations as needed.
- Understanding of assisted living systems is advantageous.
