Compensation:

What We Look For:

· Must have 6 years of successful healthcare recruiting experience, preferably from an agency.

· Basic knowledge of VMS sites.

· Exceptional technology skills.

· Forward thinker and problem solver.

· Comfortable with group and individual performance metrics.

· High school diploma or GED required.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Manager, the Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals with the goal of fulfilling contract orders from clients. This is a sales recruiting role responsible for finding healthcare professionals, taking them through the qualification process and submittal to our clients in accordance with company and client policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Make prospecting calls/connections and follow up on all leads.

· Build and manage a healthy pipeline of healthcare professionals.

· Qualify healthcare professionals by reviewing their experience and confirming licenses and certifications.

· Conduct virtual interviews and discuss general/available contract opportunities.

· Obtain and verify completed nurse applications and conduct reference checks.

· Assign all appropriate checklists, testing, and compliance items that are required.

· Create healthcare professional profiles for submittal to clients.

· Qualify and create pay packages based on desired contract location.

· Submit healthcare professionals to clients based on their current or potential needs through email or client specific database.
