Certs & Licenses:
Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required
On-Call REQ: Not Applicable
Floating Requirements:
Traveler will float to any of the following MS TELE units:
2 East- Cardiac/Observation Unit
3 West - Stroke Unit
Kendrick- Ortho/Trauma and Total Joint Unit
3 North-Orthopedic Spine Unit
Humphrey-Palliative/Peritoneal Dialysis/Thyroid Ablation Unit
Cardiac Monitoring Room - All RNs will be required to float to our Cardiac Monitoring Room

Locals accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: Unit Managers Approval Required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
