We are seeking a detail oriented Executive Assistant to assist our executive leadership team!
Position Overview:The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant acts as a gatekeeper, liaison, and coordinator for various tasks and projects, ensuring the executive's time and focus are optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the executive.
- Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared with necessary materials and information.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent tasks promptly.
