PRO ABA Services is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Scranton, PA

Our PRO ABA division offers IBHS services to children and youth ages 3-21 with Autism and behavioral health diagnoses in homes, schools, and clinics. PRO ABA is looking for Behavior Consultants (BCBA is a plus) to provide services near Scranton, PA.

Job details:

  • Full-time or part-time hours
  • Services are provided in home, school, and community settings
  • Sign on and incentive bonuses available!

Behavior Consultants will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the connection with client families.
  • Completing skills and behavior assessments.
  • Creating and implementing individual treatment plans.
  • Supervising and conducting hands-on training of the Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborating with other therapies and service providers.
  • Completing documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing.

Qualifications required:

  • PA Behavior Specialist License with a minimum of 12 credit-hours of ABA coursework
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred
  • minimum of one-year experience with the implementation of ABA treatment plans and data collection and analysis
  • Current clearances (within 12 months)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Safety-Care certification is a plus
