Ecommerce Channel Retail Associate

Pro Boxing Supplies Inc is a brand of reliability and trust in the Boxing and Martial Arts Community. The Ecommerce Retail Associate will process Online Orders for shipping as well as In-Store Sales and Pick-Ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and package Online Orders via Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
• Call and E-Mail Customers regarding Orders.
• Maintain E-Mail accounts and reply to any Inquiries.
• Set-up In-Store Pickups and Manage.
• Navigating Websites and Inputting Data used for shipping.
• In-Store Sales and Customer Service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with Online Ecommerce Sites. Nice to have experience with other 3rd party sellers, could include, but not limited to, WalMart, eBay, etc. and/or ecommerce/online experience.
• Experience with ShipStation is a plus.
• Computer Literacy.
• Troubleshooting Experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy.
• Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.

Any experience in Boxing or Martial Arts is encouraged.

Job Type: Full Time with Flexibility.

Pay: $15 - 20 an hour.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
