Pro Health Services is Hiring a Medical Office Receptionist Near Columbus, OH

We are looking for a motivated individual wanting to join our team and work in the health care field, make a difference in the lives of others, and have fun at the same time.

We are an independent doctor's office specializing in medical weight loss, hormone balancing, addiction medicine, laser hair removal, body contouring, and anti-aging facial treatments. We are looking for a receptionist/NA/MA to work up to 35 hours a week. This is a great work environment, and the selected candidate will play a significant role in both the receptionist responsibilities and the clincial responsibilities. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to earn bonuses!

Responsibilities

Answer the phone

Schedule patient appointments

Make outbound calls to prospective patients

Obtain vitals and room patients

Give subcutaenous injections

Perform body composition analyses (to be taught)

Perform body contouring treatments (to be taught)

Perform anti-aging facial treatments (to be taught)

Run urine drug tests

Autoclave surgical equipment (to be taught)

General housekeeping

Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Receptionist/Medical Assistant/NA who is reliable, hard-working, and a team player.

Excellent communication and phone skills

Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI check

This is a drug-free environment
