JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIRED JOBS DETAILS

• 5 years coordinating EHSQ (Environmental, Safety, Health, Quality) sustainability activities in a manufacturing setting.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives to optimize operations, enhance safety compliance, and improve overall quality
• Analyse data from digital systems to identify trends manufacturing background
• Power BI or Tableau - perform Data Analysis and Visualizations
• Technical writing skills (requirements documentation, policies, procedures, reference manuals and training material)
• Experience with Cority One (EHS SaaS platform) or similar and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) software

PREFERRED

• Certifications in relevant areas, such as EHSQ management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Lean Six Sigma, or Digital Transformation, (not required)
• Food or pharma manufacturing strongly preferred 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL

• A bachelor's degree in environmental and/or safety subject area or related fields, international equivalents or significant experience in EHSQ roles with the last position held supporting a manufacturing or production environment in lieu of a degree
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in successfully coordinating Safety, Health, and Environmental, Quality sustainability activities in a manufacturing setting. Experience in food or pharma manufacturing strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of EHSQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience in implementing digital solutions in the manufacturing industry, such as EHSQ management systems, IoT devices, data analytics, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with industry-specific digital platforms and software, such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and EHSQ software.
• Decision-making; must be capable of making well-informed decisions in both routine and emergency situations
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A strong understanding of technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on finding innovative digital solutions to improve EHSQ processes.
• Technical writing skills (requirements documentation, policies, procedures, reference manuals and training material)
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as EHSQ management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Lean Six Sigma, or Digital Transformation, are highly desirable.
