Job DescriptionJob Title: Bindery-Folder OperatorShift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday
Job Overview: This position is in our Bindery Department and the primary duties are folder set-up and operation, mostly 16-page signatures. It includes care and maintenance of the folders, some cutting, and other bindery functions as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
One of the top 300 printers in the U.S. The leading printer in northern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin. Pro Print keeps up with the technology and automation in our industry. The only "Green Printer" in the area. Room for advancement.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work in deadline-driven fast-paced environment
- Ability to work occasional overtime as required to meet customer deadlines
- Strong communication/math/reading skills
- Ability to stand for entire shift (breaks provided)
- Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently, up to 50# infrequently
- Experience in running Stahl or other similar folders
- Experience in bindery operations
- Experience in the operation of collator
- Mechanical skills to maintain/repair equipment when possible
