Marketing Assistant - Part Time

Lin Realty Group is a thriving luxury real estate office in Pasadena, CA. With over 50 families served this year, our team is busier than ever. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our dynamic team.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the direct mail marketing systems, sending out 800 custom-generated reports monthly. - Perform data analysis and work with spreadsheets to generate mailing lists and execute mail merge functions. - Create basic graphic designs using Canva. - Ensure all outbound direct mail marketing materials meet Quality Control standards. - Develop new systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of our marketing operations. - Collaborate with, train, and oversee a dedicated marketing Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. - Manage office inventory and supplies. -Provide general and miscellaneous administrative support to the team

Qualifications: - Strong skills in building and executing marketing systems and processes. - Excellent writing skills. - Highly analytical and detail-oriented. - Proficient in creating and following multi-step operational processes for complex marketing campaigns (both print and digital). - Keen eye for aesthetics and a good sense of "tone" in communication. - High standards for work quality; attention to detail, results-driven, and committed to excellence. - Confident, resourceful, and self-motivated; capable of working independently without constant supervision. - Ability to execute tasks with speed and decisiveness, and adept at managing priorities.
