Pro Resources Staffing Service is seeking a hands-on Machine Assembly Technician for our client in Marion, IN. This role is perfect for someone eager to work in a machine manufacturing facility, fitting and assembling components, rebuilding, and creating new machinery using various hand and power tools.

A basic understanding of fits, tolerances, and alignment of mechanical components is a plus. Some travel will be required for service or repair work.

Job Title : Machine Assembly Technician

Shift / Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm, M-F

Pay : $25 / hr

Status : Direct-Hire

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and tooling checkouts at customer facilities.
• Assemble new machinery.
• Understand technical manuals, schematic diagrams, and installation instructions to complete tasks.
• Apply knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, and programming to complete tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty machinery using diagnostics and test equipment.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience in machine building, installing, and servicing equipment is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate and work professionally with customers.
• Requires travel (20%).
• Strong work ethic, stable work history, solid communication skills, pleasant attitude, and a team player mentality.
