Pro Resources Staffing is partnering with a leading building materials and concrete company in Berne, IN, seeking a motivated Concrete Sales and Dispatch Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This role offers involvement across three main business areas : Ready-Mix concrete production, Resale / Retail products, and Precast concrete manufacturing and sales.
You'll play a crucial role in supporting concrete sales and dispatch operations, assisting customers with orders, and ensuring timely deliveries to job sites.

Job Status : Temp to Hire
Location : Berne, IN
Pay : $19-23 / hr
Responsibilities : Ready-Mix :
Ready-Mix :
- Assist in concrete order taking and management using specialized software.
- Coordinate supply deliveries to maintain project timelines.
- Handle materials such as sand and stone, and provide estimates to customers.
Resale :
- Serve customers at the sales counter and support incoming product handling.
- Maintain organization in the supply yard and manage inventory.
- Operate forklifts, skid loaders, and pay loaders for indoor and outdoor tasks.
- Make smaller deliveries to job sites as needed.
Precast Concrete :
- Develop a strong sales understanding of our precast products.
- Assist with material handling in the supply yard and production support as required.
Work Schedule :
- Winter Hours : 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm (30-minute lunch)
- Summer Hours : 6 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm (30-minute lunch); occasional earlier starts as needed
- Saturdays : Open 7 : 00 am - 12 : 00 pm; rotational schedule with potential for reduced frequency over time
