1st Shift : 6am - 2pm

$17 per hour

FCC manufactures and assembles automatic clutch modules for Ford and GM.

• Using basic hand gauges (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, etc) and specialized gauges (surfcom, air gauge, equator, etc)
• Record machine, product, and delivery data in computer system and / or paper
• Meet daily targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Using basic hand tools (allen wrench, pliers, screwdriver, etc) to maintain machine / tooling
• Will regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, carry and lift up to 50 lbs

Pre hire quiz required (basic math test) Completed in office during Pro orientation

• HS Diploma / GED not required
• Light felonies approved case-by-case; None within 3 years, nothing involving children, NO violent felonies OR misdemeanors
• 5 panel drug screen - not tested for THC - unless accident

Orientations

• Can attend Monday and Tuesday OR Thursday and Friday
• Classroom setting
• Day 1 (8AM-4PM), Day 2 (8 : 30AM-4PM)
• Report to Ashley / Lukas
• Temp information needs sent BEFORE noon on the day prior to FCC orientations
• All temps will now be required to enter our facility through the main lobby. They will no longer be able to use the turnstile at the main employee entrance

Breaks

• Every few hours first break 10 mins, lunch 15 mins, next break 10 mins
• Large break room w / refrigerator, vending machines
• NOT ABLE TO LEAVE!
• Smoking allowed in designated areas
