3rd Shift : 10PM-6AMMust be able to train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks1st shift : 6am - 2pm$17 per hourFCC manufactures and assembles automatic clutch modules for Ford and GM.

Using basic hand gauges (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, etc.) and specialized gauges (surfcom, air gauge, equator, etc.

Record machine, product, and delivery data in computer system and / or paper- Meet daily targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

• Using basic hand tools (allen wrench, pliers, screwdriver, etc.) to maintain machine / tooling- Will regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre hire quiz required (basic math test) Completed in office during Pro orientation- HS Diploma / GED not required- Light felonies approved case-by-case;

None within 3 years, nothing involving children, NO violent felonies OR misdemeanors- 5 panel drug screen - not tested for THC - unless accident- Steel toes required, jeans, t-shirtOrientations- Can attend Monday and Tuesday OR Thursday and Friday- Classroom setting- Day 1 (8AM-4PM), Day 2 (8 : 30AM-4PM)- Report to Ashley / Lukas- Temp information needs sent BEFORE noon on the day prior to FCC orientations- All temps will now be required to enter our facility through the main lobby.

They will no longer be able to use the turnstile at the main employee entranceBreaks- Every few hours first break 10 mins, lunch 15 mins, next break 10 mins- Large break room w / refrigerator, vending machines- NOT ABLE TO LEAVE!- Smoking allowed in designated areas
