Job Title : CNC Equipment Operator Location : South Bend, IN Shift : Train on 1st shift for up to 8 weeks, then transition to either 2nd or 3rd shift permanently Pay Rate :

• 1st Shift : $21 / hour (training period)
• 2nd Shift : $22.50 / hour
• 3rd Shift : $23.50 / hour

Hours :

• 1st 5am-1 : 30 pm
• 2nd 1pm to 9 : 30 pm
• 3rd 9pm to 5 : 30 am

Job Description : We are seeking experienced CNC Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and / or water jet cutting equipment.

This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain Water Jet or CNC equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting finished products.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as CNC Equipment Operator.
• Familiarity with CNC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
