$15.50 an hourAdditional $3 dollar an hour incentive for perfect attendance paid Monthly!The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Compare purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.
• Receive and sign for deliveries.
• Unload deliveries from trucks.
• Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
• Organize and store received items in appropriate areas.
• Update inventory with received items.
• Communicate with co-workers regarding delays or problems.
• Maintain records of orders, delivery details, etc.
• Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.

If this job is as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have, or the initiative to learn, the following :

Ability to set up and operate material handling equipment.Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.

Pass a forklift driving test (Nemco certification).

Ability to keep workspace clean and organized.

Relevant Work Experience :

Experience as a Receiving Clerk in a production environment preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing : Most tasks are performed in a standing position with frequent walking.

Lifting : Frequently lifting items weighing 5 lbs. to 30 lbs.; occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Walking : Frequent walking short distances (less than 1 / 8 mile).

Carrying : Occasional carrying of bulky items weighing up to 50 lbs. short distances.

Pushing : Use of manual hand truck and carts to occasionally move skids or parts short distances.

Pulling : Use of manual hand truck and carts to occasionally move skids or parts short distances.

Bending : Frequent bending required to perform a variety of tasks.

Reaching : Frequent reaching to load and unload parts in tubs, carts, or pallets.
