12am-8am3rd shift$16 an hourGeneral Purpose : Clean mix storage tanks and pasteurize mix as well as cleaning production machines and production equipment.Positions Responsibilities :

• Keep proper documentation of pasteurization processes and washes.
• Learn how to unload and pasteurize mix.
• Learn to handle all cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Ability to tear down and reassemble H.T.S.T., mix tanks and production line machines and equipment.
• Cleaning the H.T.S.T., mix tanks, drains, floors, walls, pipes, valves and production machines and equipment.
• Unload sugar and chocolate tankers and complete proper documentation of the processes
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Essential Skills and experience :

• Hand and wrist movement to grasp, hold and reassemble pipe and dairy clamp fittings.
• Time management
• Strong team player
• Flex hours : able to work extended hours and flex shifts when necessary.
• Communication skills : ability to communicate with plant personnel.
• The ability to work weekends is necessary (peak season of 6-7 days a week)
• The ability to continually lift 70lbs.
• The ability to work 22’ 25’ in the air.

Nonessential Skills : Machine operator experience is not required but preferred.Work Environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work in a wet and humid environment.

Need to be available to work overtime until essential function is complete. The noise level in the work environment can be extremely loud.

Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to work standing while wearing waterproof boots and safety glasses.

Must be able to stoop, kneel, reach, lift and must be able to work under these conditions every day. This job requires frequent lifting of equipment up to 70 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
