Office Assistant - Receptionist – Jerome ID
Position Summary:
This position is for an Office Assistant - Receptionist. The primary purpose is to support the accounting department in producing accurate and timely financials. It will require a team member who can consistently enter accurate financial information.
Structure:
Full-time Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Benefits include company observed holidays; medical insurance and paid-time-off upon qualification
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Required Qualifications:
Data Entry Experience
Accounts Payable And Receivable Experience
Ability to operate a computer, specifically Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Job Description:
Reception: Greet visitors and perform general administrative duties. Assist administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks. Manage the company’s lobby area. Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers. Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.
Answer Phones (Multi-line): Provide a positive and professional experience to those calling in; all calls should be answered by a live person within 2 rings.
Accounts Payable: Posting vendor invoices using the three-way match concept. Posting employee expenses to proper period, GL account, and location. Reconciling vendor statements to posted invoices.
Vendor Maintenance: Verify vendor information and update when necessary. Confirm all necessary forms are current, valid, and attached to the vendor profile.
PO Confirmations:Verify price, tracking, and delivery request dates on a daily basis. Communicate shipping delays or price increases to the proper department.
Data Entry: Understand the purpose of data and how to enter it accurately into a report or program
Document Scanning: Maintain historical records by scanning and filing documents as processed/available.
Other administrative duties as assigned
