We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to help us maintain our high standards of customer service and technical excellence.As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will provide second-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, both remotely and on-site, while assisting in setting up and configuring various devices for employees. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department and maintain thorough documentation to ensure efficiency and consistency.Key Responsibilities: - Provide second-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related inquiries promptly and efficiently. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals for employees. - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the department and assist management in implementing changes. - Deliver excellent customer service to all levels of employees, including customers, peers, and leadership. - Create, follow, maintain, and update documentation and checklists as necessary to ensure efficiency and consistency.Qualifications: - Associate degree (or higher) in a related field. - 4 years of technical support experience. - Ability to travel to other sites and work after hours when needed. - Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism. - Apply critical thinking skills to solve business problems. - Experience with M365, Windows Server and Desktop OS s, VMWare ESX, Horizon View, HyperV, Azure, InTune, and SQL Server. - Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology solutions. - Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies. - Proficiency in asset management, deploying, implementing, and managing 3rd party antiviranti-malware software. - Knowledge of Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance preferred
