Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess knowledge of various restoration techniques.

Duties:
- Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification
- Conduct mold remediation procedures following industry standards
- Execute fire restoration procedures to restore properties affected by fire damage
- Handle carpet cleaning and removal as part of the restoration process
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete restoration projects
- Assist in asbestos abatement projects when necessary
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete restoration projects
- Build and reconstruct damaged structures as needed

Experience:
- Prior experience in the restoration industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for restoration tasks
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required

• This is a Safety Sensitive position requiring ability to lift up to 80 lbs, walking, stairs, pushing, pulling, repetitive motion, kneeling, squatting and balancing, exposure to loud noises and dust.
• Full-Time Position
• Eight (8) to ten (10) hour days. Varies depending on project.
• Out-of-Town jobs are a possibility
• All power tools provided by PSB.
• Uniforms (shirts, pants, hats) provided by PSB.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
