Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent at Pro Shell LLC. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing construction projects. This includes supervising personnel, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety standards, and managing project budgets and schedules.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Commercial Construction, and Quality Control
- Experience in construction safety and adherence to safety regulations
- Budgeting and resource management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields is a plus
- 4 Years of Minimum Experience with custom home and townhome construction.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
