Functions and Responsibilities

• Work directly with parents, coaches and players during youth sports picture day
• Greet, check in and instruct coaches on picture day procedures
• Greet and assist parents with completing registration, forms and answering questions
• Accept cash, credit card payments and make change
• Manage picture day schedule
• Work closely with other staff to maintain proper picture day work flow
• Represent Pro Shots in a professional manner at all times
• Keep the work area organized
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot problems
• Ability and experience making correct change
• Knowledge of using bank card machines
• Demonstrate a positive and professional image with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
• Willing to work a varied seasonal schedule, including early mornings and long days
• Bilingual helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., able to be on feet for extended periods of time.

Hours and Location

This is a part-time/seasonal job that involves working Saturdays and Sundays from approximately 7:00AM until 3:00PM and weekday evenings approximately 3:30PM - 9:00PM.

Photo shoots are at various locations in and around the Fresno area and the Central Valley. Must have reliable transportation to get to locations.

Compensation: Based on experience.
