As a Merchandiser , you will play a critical role in the success of our product lines. You will be responsible for creating and managing line plans, working closely with our sales team, and conducting thorough trend analysis to ensure our products are always at the forefront of the market.

This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and Manage Line Plans : Create and oversee the implementation of line plans to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and market demands.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to understand market needs and ensure product lines meet sales targets.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Trend Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to keep our product offerings relevant and competitive.

Identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights to the design team.

Product Development : Assist in the development of new products by providing input on design, materials, and pricing strategies.

Ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure optimal stock levels. Identify slow-moving items and develop strategies to improve their performance.
• Sales Support : Provide the sales team with product knowledge and training. Assist in the creation of sales materials and presentations.
• Reporting and Analysis : Generate regular reports on product performance, sales trends, and market conditions. Use data to make informed recommendations for product adjustments and new opportunities.

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in product merchandising, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
