This role requires a seasoned professional with significant experience in the SNF sector, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid grasp of financial technology and software systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Structure, lead, and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with operations teams to manage costs effectively, identifying opportunities for efficiency and savings.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage banking relationships and work with external tax accountants to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior financial leadership experience in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) sector.
