Job Title: Sales Director

About Us: Pro-Tech is seeking a Sales Director to come and take us to the next level. While we specialize in Manufacturing, we are looking for a Sales Director with experience working in the Technical, IT, Engineering or Finance side of staffing to hep launch that side of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the agency’s client base.
• Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales role within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently
• Must have staffing industry experience
• Must have established a book of business in the area. YOU will lead this division.
