Pro Trans International is Hiring a Data Entry Clerk Near Eagle, TX
This position performs routine clerical work in data processing and record keeping.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develops, utilizes, and maintains office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks.
- Secures documentation from suppliers, carriers, customers, and other business entities for data updates, scanning, and retention.
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
- Composes, types, and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material.
- Identifies and implements continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, team, and company.
