Our client is the only technology company with a complete suite of wireless, cellular-based security products—encompassing integrated streaming video, access control, and camera solutions Location: Texas near major airport- Remote Role Job Description: Our client is the industry's technology leader in Total Property Wireless Access solutions with live streaming video telephone entry, access control, and camera integration over both cellular and internet applications. Our client is searching for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager for the Northeast Region. Our client’s business development team is responsible for enhancing the brand awareness, expanding Distribution, building System Integrator partnerships, and driving sales in the Security and System Integration channel. Responsibilities: 70% emphasis on net new business and 30% emphasis on growth and retention business emphasis Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with distributors, system integrators, and property management companies. Through the sales process to identify, quantify, and justify the appropriate value proposition for the individual customer matching their needs with our capabilities to provide a solution. Must be confident to perform cold/warm calls to potential customers. Compensation & Benefits: Base = $ 165,000 Variable bonus = $ 6% commission on shipped sales Uncapped commissions Projected 1st Year Earrings = $ Health benefits (BCBS) – 50% of the employee cost is covered by the company Vacation time Holiday Pay Travel Expenses covered by the company
